Per Barke Nevermann (Danish) is the founder, Chairman and majority shareholder of Danica Corporation A/S, Denmark and its subsidiaries world wide. Furthermore he is Board Member of the Danish subsidiary in Brazil GN Resound Produtos Médicos Ltda. Per Barke Nevermann has more than 30 years experience within Refrigeration and Thermal Insulation Systems as former president of Sabroe Refrigeration Latin America and member for 19 years of the Board of Directors of Danfoss Latin America.
Per Barke Nevermann was former Honorary Consul General of Denmark and received several awards such as the Knight of the Order of Dannebrog by Queen Margrethe II of Denmark and Order of Merit by Danish-Brazilian Chamber of Commerce. Per Barke Nevermann was educated at IMI Management School, Switzerland, Copenhagen Business School, Denmark and has his commercial education at East Asiatic Company in Denmark, Brazil and Germany.
Steffen Nevermann
Steffen was educated at Copenhagen Business School and at Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and has 4 years management consulting experience from McKinsey & Company and Booz Allen Hamilton in Denmark and specialized in management during market turbulences, low cost and business sustainability. From March 2007 to July 2008 Steffen was responsible successfully for the establishment of clean room manufacturing in Danica México attending primary the North American Market.
Per Esben Lerdrup Olsen
Per Lerdrup Olsen is head of the DIBD's office under the Confederation of Danish Industry in Brazil. Per went to Brazil as a trainee in 1976 for ØK/EAC. Apart from a four year period in North America and Denmark, he has been living in Sao Paulo since then. Per has experience from many different lines of business such as coffee, metal goods, foodstuffs, retail products and the packing and tree industry. In 1979 he became country manager for EAC Group in Brazil, in 1997 CEO for Brdr. Hartmann in Brazil and Argentina and member of the Danish Executive Board. In 2003 he became the Senior Regional Advisor for IFU, The Danish Industrialization Fund for Developing Countries in South America, and in 2006 Per was also hired as the Director in DIBD OMIB Consultoria Ltda. in Sao Paulo - at the same time as the inauguration of the office.
The DIBD Brazil office is located in Sorocaba, approximately 90 km. from the centre of Sao Paulo. This is an advantage as Sorocaba does not have the traffic problems that are an increasing problem in Sao Paulo city. At the same time, Sorocaba is well located in relation to both the international airport of Sao Paulo (Guarulhos) and the domestic airport (Viracoupus). Some of the Danish companies located in the Sorocaba area are FLS, Agramkow, AVK, and Sanovo.
Per is holding several board positions in Danish subsidiaries in Brazil and other South American countries.
Per speaks Danish, English, and Portuguese fluently and is educated at IMD Lausanne, the Commercial Education at East Asiatic Company, Copenhagen Business School and Herlufsholm Boarding School, Denmark.

Júlio Armstrong - Corporate Industrial Manager
Júlio Armstrong, Brazilian (Canadian citizenship), has three years experience as Corporate Industrial Manager (production, supply chain and maintenance) in six factories in Brazil, Chile and Mexico. Armstrong also has 12 years experience in Production and Process, developing up growing career in multinational companies, with wide international experience.At Lisi Automotive Canada, received for two years consecutive the “High Qualified Supplier Award”, an award Ford gives to suppliers highly qualified. Armstrong was educated at UFPR (Mechanical Engineering), PUCRP (Business), Leicester University (MBA).
Luiz Sérgio Corrêa - Commercial director
Luiz Sérgio Corrêa, Brazilian, is the Marketing Director for the Southern and Southeastern region of the Danica group. He has acquired a lot of experience in all areas of the prefabricated thermal insulating panel industry, and shown a remarkable degree of expertise in the Projects, Planning and finally the Marketing areas, he can benefit the customers with the experience he has acquired. He acted in the South American market establishing the Danica name in large projects in several countries. He is a mathematician by training and specialized in Business Administration by the Fundação Getúlio Vargas.
