Per Barke Nevermann

Per Barke Nevermann (Danish) is the founder, Chairman and majority shareholder of Danica Corporation A/S, Denmark and its subsidiaries world wide. Furthermore he is Board Member of the Danish subsidiary in Brazil GN Resound Produtos Médicos Ltda. Per Barke Nevermann has more than 30 years experience within Refrigeration and Thermal Insulation Systems as former president of Sabroe Refrigeration Latin America and member for 19 years of the Board of Directors of Danfoss Latin America.
Per Barke Nevermann was former Honorary Consul General of Denmark and received several awards such as the Knight of the Order of Dannebrog by Queen Margrethe II of Denmark and Order of Merit by Danish-Brazilian Chamber of Commerce. Per Barke Nevermann was educated at IMI Management School, Switzerland, Copenhagen Business School, Denmark and has his commercial education at East Asiatic Company in Denmark, Brazil and Germany.

Steffen Nevermann 

Steffen was educated at Copenhagen Business School and at Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and has 4 years management consulting experience from McKinsey & Company and Booz Allen Hamilton in Denmark and specialized in management during market turbulences, low cost and business sustainability. From March 2007 to July 2008 Steffen was responsible successfully for the establishment of clean room manufacturing in Danica México attending primary the North American Market.

Per Esben Lerdrup Olsen 

Per Lerdrup Olsen is head of the DIBDs office under the Confederation of Danish Industry in Brazil. Per went to Brazil as a trainee in 1976 for ØK/EAC. Apart from a four year period in North America and Denmark, he has been living in Sao Paulo since then. Per has experience from many different lines of business such as coffee, metal goods, foodstuffs, retail products and the packing and tree industry. In 1979 he became country manager for EAC Group in Brazil, in 1997 CEO for Brdr. Hartmann in Brazil and Argentina and member of the Danish Executive Board. In 2003 he became the Senior Regional Advisor for IFU, The Danish Industrialization Fund for Developing Countries in South America, and in 2006 Per was also hired as the Director in DIBD OMIB Consultoria Ltda. in Sao Paulo - at the same time as the inauguration of the office.

The DIBD Brazil office is located in Sorocaba, approximately 90 km. from the centre of Sao Paulo. This is an advantage as Sorocaba does not have the traffic problems that are an increasing problem in Sao Paulo city. At the same time, Sorocaba is well located in relation to both the international airport of Sao Paulo (Guarulhos) and the domestic airport (Viracoupus). Some of the Danish companies located in the Sorocaba area are FLS, Agramkow, AVK, and Sanovo.

Per is holding several board positions in Danish subsidiaries in Brazil and other South American countries.

Per speaks Danish, English, and Portuguese fluently and is educated at IMD Lausanne, the Commercial Education at East Asiatic Company, Copenhagen Business School and Herlufsholm Boarding School, Denmark.

Rildo Pinheiro

Rildo Pinheiro graduated in Accounting and Economy, with a postgraduate specialization in Financial Management, with emphasis on Cash Flow Management, negotiation with governmental bodies and obtaining fiscal incentives. He performed for 20 years in the Whirlpool Group, and in the period 1999 thru 2005 he was expatriated to Slovakia,when he consolidated his International experience. He performed in the Danica Group in the period 2005 through the start of 2010, being responsible for the Corporate Administrative/Financial Directory. Since the beginning of 2010, he has been responsible for the Administrative/Financial Directory and Investor Relations (IR) of Karsten S/A.

Luiz Sérgio Corrêa - Commercial director

Luiz Sérgio Corrêa, Brazilian, is the Marketing Director for the Southern and Southeastern region of the Danica group. He has acquired a lot of experience in all areas of the prefabricated thermal insulating panel industry, and shown a remarkable degree of expertise in the Projects, Planning and finally the Marketing areas, he can benefit the customers with the experience he has acquired. He acted in the South American market establishing the Danica name in large projects in several countries. He is a mathematician by training and specialized in Business Administration by the Fundação Getúlio Vargas.

Marcos Jeske - Corporate Financial Manager

Marcos Jeske, Brazilian, graduated in Business Management at the University of the Itajaí Valley, has an International Executive MBA with emphasis on Corporate Finance obtained at the Getúlio Vargas Foundation and University of California – Irvine/USA, as well as studying for a BA in Law at the University of the Joinville Region. With 12 years’ experience in the financial market, he has worked in domestic and multinational companies in the textile, mechanical metal and capital goods segments, which has allowed him to gain wide knowledge in corporate finances and controllership.

Patrícia Pinheiro - PMO Manager Corporate (Project Management Office)

Patrícia Pinheiro graduated in Civil Engineering at UDESC, has an Executive MBA in Business Management and is currently studying for an MBA in Project Management. She started her trajectory at Dânica in June/98, exercising functions in the Commercial areas during 4 years. Jan/2002 thru Jan/2009 she worked in coordinating Logistics in the Joinville unit. With the new Dânica strategies, since 2009 she has assumed a new challenge in Management Area PMO (Project Management Office), being responsible for implementing the concept of Project Management (based on PMI (Project Management Institute) and Dânica Experience), structuring the Dânica PMO (Dânica Project Office) and aligning standard processes between the sectors, with the exclusive objective of ATTENDING TO DÂNICA CUSTOMERS.

Francisco Tadeu Gonsalez - Clean Rooms Sales Manager

Francisco Tadeu Gonsalez graduated in Civil Engineering at the University São Judas Tadeu and Technology in Civil Construction at Fatec – Faculty of Technology of São Paulo, having specialized in Project Management at ESPM – Superior School of Propaganda and Marketing. In the Dânica Group since 1999, he created the Clean Rooms Division in 2002. Today he is Corporate Manager for Latin America, as well as a President of the Board of Directors of Dânica México.

Pércio Garcia Carvalho - Commercial Director North / Northeast

Pércio Garcia Carvalho, graduated in Civil Engineering at the Joinville Engineering College FEJ - UDESC / SC.
Working at the company since 1998, in the engineering works, over a period of 4 years, Commercial Coordinator of our office in Porto Alegre RS for 4 years, and Commercial Manager of PR and SC for 5 years, now he works as North, Northeast, the Midwest Commercial Director

Paulo Cesar Balestrini – Corporate Supply Chain Manager

Paulo Cesar Balestrini graduated in Accounting, and has a postgraduate specialization in Financial Economic Management and Foreign Trade obtained at FAAP and an MSc in Management. With more than twenty years of professional experience performing in the supply chain area of the automotive industry, food and civil construction, he has great experience in programs of reducing costs, inventory, importing components and global sourcing, as well as in managing large teams of purchasing, procurement and foreign trade with a strong orientation towards results.
