Dânica knows that in order to grow it is necessary to develop sustainable practices in a manner which does not harm the environment, and so ensuring a healthier life for future generations.

This is why a series of actions in products, processes and, mainly, in daily practices is adopted, in order to minimize the impacts which may be caused by the company.

Among the main actions we should like to emphasize:

• New concepts developed with the concept of sustainability;
• Program of recyclable or returnable packaging from raw materials to finished products;
• Polyurethane and Polyisocyanurate foams are free from CFC, in accordance with the requirements of the Montreal Protocol.; 
• Sending waste to an accredited industrial landfill. Danica´s waste is classified as class II;
• Educational practices employed to make the workers and stakeholders ecologically aware;

Dânica is aware of the great responsibility involved in developing sustainable processes, products and practices, which is why the investments made in this area so far are only the start.
